Return & Exchange Policy

At Chante Store, we want every customer to fall in love with the keepsakes, ornaments, and collectibles they bring home. If something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the official delivery date on most items in our collection, including ornaments, commemorative coins, home decor pieces, and gift items.

Eligibility Requirements

All returned or exchanged items must remain completely unused, undamaged, and in original brand-new condition, with all original packaging, protective wrapping, display boxes, certificates of authenticity, gift sleeves, and factory seals fully intact and unmodified. Items must show no signs of handling, scratching, fingerprints, polishing, cleaning, or any form of alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Commemorative coins that have been removed from their protective capsule, sleeve, or display case, or that show any fingerprints, surface contact, polishing marks, or damage to the original finish
  • Limited edition or numbered collectibles once the sealed packaging has been opened
  • Customized, personalized, or engraved items (including custom names, dates, or messages)
  • Final sale and clearance items marked as non-returnable at checkout
  • Ornaments and decor pieces that have been hung, displayed, mounted, or show signs of use
  • Items damaged, altered, or repaired by the customer after delivery
  • Gift cards and digital products

For collector and authenticity reasons, any contact with the surface of a coin voids its return eligibility, as natural oils from skin can permanently affect the finish. We recommend handling all collectibles by the edges or with cotton gloves before deciding to keep them.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because many of our items are delicate by nature, we carefully inspect and package every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging (both inside and outside)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a return request through our official website contact form or email us at [email@pureke.com]
  2. Include your valid order number and a clear reason for your request
  3. Once reviewed and approved (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide

Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or was shipped incorrectly by our team.

We strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking)
  • Adding insurance for items over $50
  • Securely repackaging items with adequate cushioning to prevent transit damage

Any damage occurring during return transit will disqualify your return. Chante Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets all eligibility requirements, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Final processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 additional business days)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened-but-unused collectible items returned in less-than-perfect condition

Exchanges

Direct exchanges for different styles, designs, or coin variations are not available due to our limited and rotating inventory. If you'd like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item for store credit or a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred product

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Holiday Return Extension 🎁

Items purchased between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year — perfect for gifting with peace of mind.
